Assalamu Alaikum,
Many Muslims in our Ummah are calling themselves Shi'ite, sunni, salafi, wahhabi, and etc. This is not the way of our dear ProphetSAW and his companions. The Qur'an tells us that we are a brotherhood that should not be split up.
Why are we putting ourselves in groups?
Aren't we apart of ONE religion. We follow Qur'an and Sunnah.
AllahSWT says in his book that He has sent upon us an excellent example(Prophet MuhammadSAW).
Why must we go astray and look to be apart of a group?

Our group should be Muslim, but when we disagree, we fall apart.
ReplyDeleteI'm a Muslim and I believe in Islam. The only One that matters-My Allah. :)
ReplyDeleteMasha'ALLAH sisters!!
ReplyDeleteOur Prophet did tell us that we would split into 73 sects and all would be in the hell fire but one.
ReplyDeleteSister Jamilah, that hadith you brought up talks about there being only one kind of Muslim. That muslim is the one shown by The ProphetSAW and his companions. There will be alot other innovations, but only one type of Muslm will make it to Jannah and that muslim is the one who follows the Qur'an and SUNNAH!
